If your kids love Star Wars, check out these fun lightsaber cookies!
My family loves Star Wars. Between the movies, toys and games, my daughter can’t get enough of her favorite characters.
While she loves everything about the films, she really thinks lightsabers are cool.
In honor of May the 4th, we baked a batch of lightsaber cookies. I love how they turned out. Not only are the adorable, they taste delicious!
Instead of using a homemade recipe for the cookies, I used a mix. I topped them with homemade frosting.
I love this homemade frosting recipe because you don’t have to use a mixer. I also love that it dries and make a crunchy frosting coating on the cookies. This makes it easy to pack the cookies in a lunchbox.
