My Little Pony-A Dash of Awesome DVD Review

I was provided with a copy of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic-A Dash of Awesome to facilitate this review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

When I was younger, I loved My Little Pony. I’m thrilled that my daughter can enjoy the same lovable characters.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic-A Dash of Awesome is out on DVD. Rainbow Dash and all of her friends are featured in five action packed adventures. The DVD is full of fun music, bright colors and memorable characters.

All of the ponies live in the town of Ponyville in the magical land of Equestria. Through their adventures, they spend time learning about the magic of friendship.

Episodes on the DVD:

• May the best pet win
• The mysterious mare do well
• Read it and weep
• Daring don’t
• Rainbow falls

Not only does this DVD feature five episodes, it also includes a sing-along bonus feature! My daughter loved all of the episodes. However, she really enjoyed interacting with the bonus feature.

Rainbow Dash, the Pegasus, is featured in all of the episodes with her friends. Each pony has her own unique personality:

• Twilight Sparkle: Studious
• Fluttershy: Quiet animal lover
• Pinkie Pie: Loves parties
• Applejack: Loyal apple farmer
• Rarity: Fashionista
