Fried pickles are something that people either love or hate. I am a fan. However, I only like them if they are crunchy. I cannot stand a soggy fried pickle.
If you are a fried pickle fan, you know that the batter has to be flavorful. It cant be a plain flour breading. It just doesnt work with the tart pickle.
My husband makes really great fried pickles. They are always a huge hit at parties. These fried pickles are different because they require a dry and wet batter. This unique breading process, creates amazing fried pickles. To complete the appetizer, I serve them with ranch dressing.
