For the ultimate spooky treat, try these delicious disappearing ghost hot apple cider floats!
I love everything about fall and Halloween. From the cold weather to the changing leaves, it is a great time of year.
One of the most iconic fall beverages is hot apple cider. Not only can you customize it in so many ways, I think pretty much everyone likes it.
I put together a fun recipe that is a spooky twist on the classic fall apple beverage. By topping a cup of hot apple cider with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, you can create a creamy version of the delicious drink. Plus, it tastes just like apple pie!
Your kids will love creating their very own ghost floats. As the hot apple cider melts the ice cream, the adorable little “ghost” disappears!
While I like heating up the apple cider, you can easily serve it cold. Also, I recommend making the ice cream scoops ahead of time and freezing them. By doing so, your “ghost” will last a little bit longer.
