Like most moms, I hate dirty diapers. When my daughter was born, I looked at special diaper trash cans and heard mixed reviews. One day it dawned on me to use something we all have in our homes to curtail the dirty diaper odor issue. I put every diaper in a Ziploc bag and seal it. I then throw it in a bathroom trash can. This has really worked for me. I change the trash twice a week and haven’t had an odor problem. I buy my Ziploc bags at Sam’s Club so it ends up being pretty cost effective.
