Chicken Fiesta Wraps are great for any family dinner. It is basically an entire meal wrapped in a tortilla. Your whole family will love them.

Large Flour Tortilla Shells
Cheese
Sour Cream
Rice Filling:
Steam one bag of microwaveable rice according to package instructions
Remove from microwave and put in a skillet
Add 1 tsp. butter, 1/2 packet of taco seasoning and 1/8 cup of water, four dashes of Cholula hot sauce and the juice from 1/2 of a lime
Saute for 3-5 minutes
Chicken Filling:
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a pan
Add three chicken breasts sprinkled with cajun seasoning (I prefer Adam’s Reserve)
As they cook, add the juice from the other 1/2 of the lime
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it
Heat the flour tortilla shells in the microwave for a few seconds. Add the chicken, rice and cheese. Top with sour cream and/or avocado ranch dip.

That looks good. I've never heard of Cholula hot sauce or Adam's Reserve. Are these spicy?
Also, is the microwaveable rice seasoned or plain? I've never used it before.
