
If you have a young child, you know that learning to type can be a big challenge. Luckily for us, we live in a technologically advanced time!
I still remember learning how to type on a typewriter in high school. I didn’t enjoy it. I hated typing the words from a notepad. It was really boring. Plus, I always got in trouble for using too much correction tape.
Today, there are so many fun resources available online to help children develop typing skills. Thankfully, they can learn to type on computers!
In my quest to help my daughter learn to type, I tried several different options. My favorite, however, is a free program from BBC called Dance Mat Typing. You can find the program here. It is fantastic. My daughter has really advanced her typing skills with it.
